The family and I had a chance to stop at the DCFD station near Chinatown and took a picture of the National Fire Dog Monument, titled Ashes to Answers, sculpted by Austin Weishel. The station was busy due to the addition of the crews from Engine 16 and Ambulance 16 as their station undergoing renovations.
